  1. 免責事項: 本アプリの予測はシミュレーションであり、医療診断ではありません。利用による結果について当方は責任を負いません。
  2. サブスクリプション（自動更新）: 一部の機能はサブスクリプションとして提供されます。お支払いは購入確認時にApple IDアカウントに請求されます。現在のサブスクリプション期間が終了する少なくとも24時間前までに自動更新をオフにしない限り、登録は自動的に更新されます。サブスクリプションの解約は、ユーザー自身のiOSの設定アプリ内（Apple ID設定）から行う必要があります。
  3. 禁止事項: 知的財産権の侵害、逆コンパイル、不正アクセス、および本アプリの類似サービスの作成を禁じます。
  4. 準拠法および管轄裁判所: 本規約は日本法に準拠し、本アプリに関する紛争は、東京地方裁判所を第一審の専属的合意管轄裁判所とします。

  1. Disclaimer: Predictions are for simulation purposes only and do not constitute medical advice. The developer assumes no liability for any results arising from the use of this app.
  2. Subscriptions (Auto-Renewing): Some features are offered as auto-renewing subscriptions. Payment will be charged to your Apple ID account at confirmation of purchase. The subscription automatically renews unless auto-renew is turned off at least 24 hours before the end of the current period. Subscriptions may be managed and cancelled by the user by going to the iOS Account Settings after purchase.
  3. Prohibitions: Reverse engineering, unauthorized access, infringement of intellectual property, or the creation of similar services is strictly prohibited.
  4. Governing Law & Jurisdiction: These terms are governed by the laws of Japan. Any disputes arising in connection with this app shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the Tokyo District Court.

  2. 订阅（自动续期）: 部分功能以自动续期订阅的形式提供。确认购买时，将向您的Apple ID帐户收取费用。除非在当前订阅期结束前至少24小时关闭自动续期，否则订阅将自动续订。用户必须在购买后前往iOS的“设置”应用程序（Apple ID设置）中管理和取消订阅。
